Alix Martens
Co-owner & Women's Artistic Head CoachAlix has been involved in gymnastics for the past 25 years. She has been an athlete, a coach and a judge. As a coach Alix has gained her NCCP Competition Level 3 certification in artistic gymnastics and NCCP level 2 certification in Trampoline. Alix is a national JO 10 level judge and currently sits on MGA's judging commitee as the JO 1-4 Judging Chairperson.

Amanda Pierson
Co-owner & Trampoline & Tumbling Head CoachAmanda has been involved in gymnastics for over 25 years. Her passion for gymnastics began as an athlete and moved into coaching. Amanda has obtained her NCCP level 3 certification in Trampoline and Tumbling as well as her NCCP level 2 certification in Men's and Women's Artistic Gymnastics. She is trained in Special Olympics competition coaching and is also a Coach Developer and Evaluator. Currently Amanda sits on MGA's Trampoline and Tumbling Committee as the Coaching Chairperson. She is also working on her Advanced Coaching diploma through the Canadian Sport Institute in Calgary.

Madison Nicolas
Recreational & Competitive CoachMadison began doing gymnastics when she was 5 years old and competed as an artistic gymnast at the Provincial 3 level. She has been coaching for 7 years and says her favorite thing about coaching is that "there is always something to learn and she loves seeing her athletes grow in their gymnastics and life skills". Madison has gained her NCCP Competitive Level 1 training in Women's Artistic and NCCP Foundations certified in Trampoline.
Mica Janz
Recreational CoachMica began taking gymnastics when she was 2 years old, she quickly progressed into the competitive stream and began competing at age 5. Mica trained for a total of 13 years as an artistic gymnast and ended at the Provincial 2 level. She has been coaching for 5 years and says her favorite thing about coaching is "getting to build a relationship with her athletes, while seeing them have fun and accomplish their goals!"

Ben Pinsk
Recreational CoachBen starting Trampoline gymnastics when he was 5 years old and joined the competitive program at age 8. He is currently a Level 5 athlete in our Trampoline & Tumbling program. His greatest accomplishment as an athlete was competing at Nationals and loves the feeling of weightlessness that trampoline brings. Outside of gymnastics Ben enjoys parkour and diving. He is currently working on his NCCP Foundations coaching training.
Khearra Koueth
Recreational & Competitive CoachKhearra started gymnastics in the first grade, at age 6, and has continued to train as an artistic gymnast for the past eight years. She is currently training at the Junior Olympic level 6. Her greatest accomplishment as an athlete has been making it to JO 6 and training in a gym that she loves. Her favourite thing about gymnastics is the endless amount of skills you can learn through the sport. Khearra says "most of the lessons I've learnt are useful for outside of the gym too". Khearra cannot wait to teach kids of all ages the same skills she has learned. Outside of training Khearra enjoys doing arts and crafts, spending time with my pets, and shopping. Currently Khearra is working on her NCCP Foundations Training.

Ash Smith
Recreational CoachAsh started artistic gymnastics when they were 4 years old and is currently training competitive Level 2 in our Trampoline & Tumbling program. Their favourite part of gymnastics is the challenge that it creates for themself. Ash also enjoys seeing how proud their teammates and athletes are when they learn something new. Outside of gymnastics Ash enjoys reading, art, organizing and cosmetology. Ash is currently working on their NCCP Foundations Artistic and Theory courses and is trained in NCCP Foundations Trampoline.

Cloe Martel
Recreational & Competitive CoachCloe began taking gymnastics when she was 5 years old. She competed as an artistic gymnast at the Provincial 3 level and then moved onto trampoline and tumbling. She has been coaching for 7 years and has gained her NCCP Competitive Level 1 training in Women's Artistic and NCCP Foundations training in trampoline
Kyle Giesbrecht
Recreational CoachKyle began taking gymnastics when he was 2 years old. He competed as an Men's Artistic Gymnast up to level 5. He made team Manitoba to attend Westerns Championships 2 times during his gymnastics career. He has been coaching for over 5 years and has his NCCP Foundations training in Artistic and Trampoline. He has been a MAG Judge for 10 years, judging at many competitions in Manitoba and is planning to upgrade his judging certification so he can judge at a national level.
