Alix MartensCo-Director & Women's Competitive Head Coach
Alix has been involved in gymnastics for the past 25 years. She has been an athlete, a coach and a judge. As a coach Alix has gained her NCCP level 3 certification in artistic gymnastics and NCCP level 2 certification in Trampoline. Alix is a national JO 10 level judge and currently sits on MGA's judging commitee as the JO 1-4 Judging Chairperson. |
Amanda PiersonCo-Director & Competitive Trampoline and Tumbling Head Coach
Amanda has been involved in gymnastics for over 25 years. Her passion for gymnastics began as an athlete and moved into coaching. Amanda has obtained her NCCP level 3 certification in Trampoline and Tumbling as well as her NCCP level 2 certification in Men's and Women's Artistic Gymnastics. Currently Amanda sits on MGA's Trampoline and Tumbling Committee as the Coaching Chairperson. |
Madison NicolasRecreational & Competitive Coach
Madison began doing gymnastics when she was 5 years old and competed as an artistic gymnast at the Provincial 3 level. She has been coaching for 7 years and says her favorite thing about coaching is that "there is always something to learn and she loves seeing her athletes grow in their gymnastics and life skills". Madison has gained her NCCP Competitive Level 1 training in Women's Artistic and NCCP Foundations certified in Trampoline. |
Cloe MartelRecreational & Competitive Artistic Coach
Cloe began taking gymnastics when she was 5 years old. She competed as an artistic gymnast at the Provincial 3 level and then moved onto trampoline and tumbling. She has been coaching for 7 years and has gained her NCCP Competitive Level 1 training in Women's Artistic and NCCP Foundations training in trampoline. |
Savanna HocalukRecreational & Competitive T&T Coach
Savanna began taking trampoline and tumbling when she was 14, her love for the sport quickly grew as she progressed into the Provincial levels. Since retiring as an athlete Savanna has been coaching and judging Trampoline and Tumbling for the past 2 years and is NCCP trained in Gymnastics Foundations and Level 2 Trampoline. Her favorite part about coaching is getting to pass on her love and passion of the sport to others and seeing them succeed in gymnastics and life. |
Mica JanzRecreational Coach
Mica began taking gymnastics when she was 2 years old, she quickly progressed into the competitive stream and began competing at age 5. Mica trained for a total of 13 years as an artistic gymnast and ended at the Provincial 2 level. She has been coaching for 5 years and says her favorite thing about coaching is "getting to build a relationship with her athletes, while seeing them have fun and accomplish their goals!" |
